Healwise Inspired Four Thieves Vinegar Tonic

ree

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary

  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme

  • 1 tablespoon dried sage

  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon dried cloves or whole cloves

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional for brightness)

Instructions:

  1. Combine herbs and vinegar: Place all dried herbs, cloves, garlic, and lemon zest in a clean glass jar. Pour apple cider vinegar over the herbs until fully submerged.

  2. Steep: Seal the jar tightly and store in a cool, dark place for 4–6weeks, shaking gently every few days. This allows the herbs to infuse their properties into the vinegar.

  3. Strain: After infusion, strain out the herbs and transfer the vinegar to a clean bottle.

  4. Use:

    • Take 1–2 teaspoons daily as an immune-boosting tonic (diluted in water if desired).

    • Add a splash to salad dressings, marinades, or warm teas for flavor and wellness benefits.

Tips & Notes:

  • Always use high-quality apple cider vinegar with the “mother” for maximum benefits.

  • Can be stored for up to a year in a cool, dark place.

  • This tonic is warming and antimicrobial; avoid excessive use if you have stomach sensitivity.

Strong herbs, strong vibes, cheers to thriving!
